"The Illusion of Happiness: Are We Really in Control of Our Lives?"

Sometimes the stars look amazing, and sometimes the moon is brighter. We all get caught up in memories of someone in our lives who seems brighter one day and dulls the next. Making love with those irrational moments is tough and requires patience. Just making someone else happy is good, but what about you? Are you happy at that time? Maybe, yes. We all have those souls inside of us that tell us if we can make others happy, that’s good. Yes, maybe, I totally agree, but something is missing with those enlightened words. We all need someone to make us happy. Do we? Sometimes, I too need someone to hold my hand or just hug me tightly and say nothing, just that hold. Why? Because we are all emotional beings. But is that the real case? I think not.

About feelings, emotions, and so much more, we are mistaken by numerous others that we are attached, emotional, feeling, and all the other things that make us human. But maybe that’s right. How does that concern the way we live, the way we dream, the way we see, the way we perceive others?

What if we are all connected? What if we are those ancestors that already lived and died and are now living the same life with enhanced technology being controlled by the so-called someone? Maybe that someone can be anyone. That anyone could be media influence. Today, the media tells us what the right way to live, love, laugh, succeed, fail, care, have relationships, and so much more is. They control the way one reacts to memes or to someone else. Now, even the way you can be you is decided by others, despite our own intentions to live our lives the way we need to. It's just a myth now. The one who lives is the one who has no media control over himself.

Others, all the others, are changing the way the media filters their lives to showcase themselves as someone they are not, managing the content on their profile to show others that they are this and that, trying to find the meaning of life by googling it to give themselves a purpose and meaning.

We are bombarded with messages from the media telling us what we should do, how we should look, and how we should feel. We get caught up in other people's lives and try to emulate what we see online, but forget to focus on our own journey. The truth is, happiness is a personal experience that cannot be dictated by others. We must take control of our lives and make choices that align with our values and beliefs. We must learn to embrace our emotions, both positive and negative, and use them to guide us towards a fulfilling life. By being true to ourselves, we can break free from the illusion of happiness and find true joy and contentment in our lives. So, let's take a step back, reflect on our lives, and make the necessary changes to create the life we truly want.
